  26. It doesn't matter whether it is difficult for me, I'll do what
  27. I have to, and until recently that meant finding an ftpmailer
  28. that would mail through uunet to a uucp site.  What matters is
  29. whether the *other* site that I don't control has a copy available
  30. when I want to transfer something.  And in my experience, unless
  31. they are in some sort of communications business, they won't.
